responsibility for damage caused to your hair extensions.
In any case that you have made your deposit on your extensions and decide not to have them fitted but prefer to resale your unused
extensions, you are charged a 25% restocking fee. Any deposit made on hair extensions will be refunded to you less 25% off the price.
This amount is only given to you after the extensions you ordered have sold.
We do not offer refunds on hair extensions.
Hair Extension Care Liability
It is your responsibility to maintain your natural hair and hair extension at home.
IMH Studio cannot accept responsibility for damaged hair or extensions once your fitting is completed. Ensure to follow our hair care

Maintenance Appointment
The method of hair extensions you have selected does require a maintenance appointment every __ _ weeks.
The cost for your maintenance is __ euros. This amount is based on ___ hours of estimated time with a
specialist. If time exceeds this allotted amount of time you will be charged 50 euros per additional hour. We
suggest ensuring good home care to ensure your maintenance appointments are timely completed.

I understand the following…
- Bonding Process: The application uses a nail glue-like adhesive that cures under UV light. This adhesive can
- be harsh on the natural hair and scalp. I accept any and all responsibility for any hair loss, damage, breakage
- that may occur to your natural hair
- UV Rays: I understand I will be exposed to UV rays that is equivalent to sunlight. I will wear the UV
- protection glasses provided me during my fitting
- Odor: The adhesive often has a strong chemical smell that can be unpleasant. I agree to wear a mask during
- the fitting process.
- Discoloration: Lighter-colored hair extensions may be prone to discoloration from UV light exposure over
- time
- Removal: The removal process requires your specialist to utilize a chemical and extreme heat to remove.
- This may cause damage to your natural hair.
I understand the following…
- Adhesive Disclaimer: Based on your lifestyle we will use 1 of 5 adhesives for your initial installation. Please note that body
chemistry and home care are important in maintaining the integrity of the adhesive chosen for you. - Your are allotted one
revision after initial fitting to change your adhesive if needed within 7 business days. After that time you will need to schedule a
maintenance service to exchange the adhesive. - Discoloration: I understand that hair systems may fade in color over time when in high sun exposure and utilizing non suggested
products. This is not a liability of IMH Studio - Acceptance of Hair System: I understand prior to customizing and fitting my lace system, my specialist will show me the system,
color, texture and length. - Once I agree to have them fit the system, IMH Studio is no longer liable for any dissatisfaction of the system appearance.

Shipping method selected at checkout applies after product is ready to ship.
Your shipment will NOT require a signature. If you would like us to ship requiring a signature please specify in the notes section of your order. Or send us an email at info@installmyhairextensions.com. We will do our best to add that requirement for you.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is your responsibility of the buyer to ensure you enter the correct shipping address. There is a 1 to 2 day opportunity to update any information. Please email us at info@installmyhairextensions.com as soon as you realize there is a correction to your address.
DELIVERED BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
You will be sent a tracking number for your shipment. If the tracking confirms that your purchase was delivered to the address given please contact the carrier as soon as possible so they can investigate what has happened.
Install My Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost shipments where the tracking identifies that the shipment was delivered.
Our advice if you think there may be issue with your package being stolen, you can request a signature release of your package and/or have the shipment sent to a more secure location. For example, your office or post office.
